What does this mean?
Mobility: The state identifies a "mobile student" as one who attended a school for less than 83% of the school year (one who has missed six weeks or more). To find the percent of mobile students, the state divides the number of mobile students by the total number of students in each school.

Date of data: School year 2001-2002 (Mobility rate data released in 2002-2003 reflects rates for the previous school year.)
